July 16 -- 2:32 p.m. Police assisted with a child custody situation at Stake's Short Stop gas station.

July 16 --10:47 p.m. Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Mount Vernon Avenue in reference to a neighbor complaint.

July 17 -- 6:20 a.m. A 24-year-old Mansfield man was issued a citation for a stop sign violation.

July 17 -- 3:40 p.m. Police handled a disturbance at the 200 block Mount Vernon Ave.

July 17 -- 6:37 p.m. Police assisted the Loudonville Fire Department with a squad call at the 100 block of Spring Street.

July 18 -- 10:30 p.m. Police took a report of harassment at the 200 block of West Main Street.

.July 18 -- 6:14 p.m. Police were dispatched to investigate an unruly juvenile complaint in the 900 block of East Main Street.

July 19 -- 4:07 p.m. Police took a theft report at the 100 block E.ast Loudon Avenue.

July 19 -- 5:56 p.m. Police took a report of telecommunications harassment on station.

July 19 -- 7:36 p.m. Police handled a mental situation at 100 block of Spring Street. A female subject was transported to University Hospitals in Ashland for a psychiatric evaluation.

July 19 -- 3:52 a.m. Police responded to an alarm drop at Dollar General. Police checked the building; everything was found to be secure.

July 20 -- 2:30 p.m. Police assisted with a disabled vehicle in the 100 block of South Market Street.

July 20 -- 2:05 p.m. Police investigated a report of a suspicious person in the 400 block of North Wood Street. Police searched the area but were unable to locate the subject in question.

July 20 -- 1:12 p.m. Police performed a house check at the 300 block of East Main Street.

July 20 -- 8:25 a.m. Police took a report of found property on station.

July 21 -- 6:16 p.m. Police were dispatched to a single vehicle, non-injury accident on South Birch Drive where a motor home struck a street light pole.

July 21 -- 5:45 p.m. Police were dispatched to a minor property damage accident in the parking lot of McDonald's.

July 21 -- 3:52 p.m. Police were advised of a vehicle operating recklessly headed into the Village southbound on Ohio 60. The vehicle was located by the Ashland County Sheriff's Office before it arrived in Loudonville.

July 21 -- 5:31 p.m. Police assisted the Holmes County Sheriff's Office with a traffic stop on Ohio 3 North in Washington Township.

July 21 -- 8:43 a.m. Police performed a welfare check at the 2000 block of Market Street.

July 21 -- 10:30 a.m. Police performed a welfare check at the 900 block of Pearl Drive.

July 21 -- 11:07 a.m. Police took a report of lost property on station.

July 22 -- 5:59 p.m. Police were dispatched to investigate a possible domestic violence incident that occurred between two subjects while they were on the Black Fork River headed back toward Mohican Adventures Canoe Livery.

July 22 -- 11:45 a.m. Police investigated a report of suspicious people at Mohican Adventures Campground. Police checked the area but were unable to locate the vehicle described or subjects in question.

July 22 -- 5:02 a.m. Police assisted the Loudonville Fire Department with a squad call at the 200 block of North Spring Street.

July 22 -- 2:47 a.m. Police investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in the 100 block of East Loudon Avenue. Police made contact with the owner of the vehicle; everything checked out to be OK.

July 22 -- 1:13 a.m. Police assisted the Richland County Sheriff's Office with an attempt to deliver a message to a male subject at the 100 block of North Water Street.

July 22 -- 5:59 p.m. A 40-year-old Columbus Grove man was served court summonses for assault, disorderly conduct while intoxicated, and obstructing official business.

July 23 -- 4:10 p.m. A male subject was placed under arrest during a traffic stop at North Union and East Main streets for operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

July 23 -- 8:07 p.m. Police investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle driving up and down the street in the 100 block of East Loudon Avenue. Police searched the area but were unable to locate the vehicle in question.

July 23 -- 12:57 p.m. Police were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident that occurred at the intersection of South Market and East Main streets. There were no injuries reported.

July 23 -- 4:10 p.m. A 29-year-old Niles man was issued a citation for operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, driving under suspension and driving left of the center line.

July 23 -- 11:56 a.m. A 36-year-old Columbus man was issued a citation for driving under suspension, expired license plates, and operating with plates from the former owner.

July 24 -- 6:48 a.m. Police responded to an alarm drop at Schrock Construction, 234 W. Main St. Police checked the building; everything was found to be secure.
