Loudonville High School's Shawn Swindall, above, jumps 20 feet 1 1/2 half inches on this attempt in the boys running long jump at the Division III Massillon Perry Regional track meet last week. On the girls side, the Redbirds came in 14th place with 15 points out of 45 teams that scored. For Loudonville, Emily Weber, below, is going to state after she came in first in the long jump with a leap of 17 feet, 1 inch. She also finished seventh in the 100-meter dash (12.71 seconds). Emma Hinkle placed eighth in the 1,600 run (5:29.75) and ninth in the 3,200 (12:05.08). Stephanie Kline came in seventh in the 300-meter hurdles (48.14). For the Loudonville boys, Shawn Swindall came in eighth in the long jump (12-1 1/2).
